Manage inventory

  • Inventory is tracked at the variant level.
  • Edit settings for inventory tracking, stock type, counting method, available stock and minimum stock level.
  • Note that if more than 1,000 variants are added, page may not load properly.
  • If you need to add or edit option price for a specific product, search for the product and click [Export as CSV]. Add or edit the option price in the file you downloaded and import the file again.

Product list

Product list Bulk edit settings
  • Settings will be applied to all the variants you selected.
  • You can edit the settings in bulk by making changes in the pop-up that opens when you click the [Bulk edit settings] button and clicking the [Apply] button.
Export as CSV
  • Export variants with inventory tracking feature enabled as CSV.
  • You can save the file you exported in .xlsx or .xls format, and import the same file again to add or edit variant information.
Import via CSV
  • Click on [Choose file] to select a file with updated inventory data and upload it to your admin page to edit the relevant products.
  • This is the same feature as in [Products>Products>Manage visa CSV>Edit inventory].
Counting method
  • When an order is placed: An item is deducted from inventory when an order is placed by the customer. (Item will be deducted from inventory also for orders paid via bank deposit and virtual accounts.)
  • When payment is confirmed: An item is deducted from inventory when payment for the order is confirmed.
  1. • Items added to cart will not be deducted from inventory.
Minimum stock level
  • Enter the minimum number of variants that you need to have in your inventory in order to fulfill the sales and shipping demand.
  • If the number of variants in stock falls below the number you entered for minimum stock level, variants low in stock will appear in the search results in [Products>Inventory>Minimum stock level].
Out-of-stock icon
  • If you check the checkbox in [Out-of-stock icon] column, out-of-stock icons will be displayed on the storefront.
  • If you check the checkbox in [Out-of-stock label] column, customers will not be able purchase the item when the stock level for the variant is 0.
  • If you do not check the checkbox in [Out-of-stock icon] column, customers will be able to place orders even when the stock level for the variant is 0. If orders are placed when the stock level is 0, available stock for the variant will show as a negative number.
  • An out-of-stock icon will appear when the remaining stock level of all variants of the product is equal to or less than 0, or when the product is marked as [Not for sale].
Accumulated sales
  • Format: Accumulated sales of the item from all multi-language stores (Accumulated sales from the currently logged-in store)
  • The sales volume is counted based on the data from [Analytics>Products].
  • Items purchased by customers are counted into accumulated sales.
  • Items that have been canceled or refunded are not counted. (This column may contain negative numbers.)
  • The total sales volume is updated a quarter past each hour.
