Most sold products

  • Search for the rankings of the most sold products on your online store.
  • Search for information according to your search conditions and download details on the most sold products.
  • [Most sold products] in [Orders>Analytics] is different from [Sales by product] in [Access analytics].

Search field

  • You can search for details related to the products that have been sold the most on your store.
  • You can select a specific date range, a product category, a product, a price range and a store type for your search.
Date range
  • The maximum date range is one year.
Product category
  • Search for categories by specifying the main category, subcategory 1, subcategory 2, and subcategory 3.
  • If you do not select a category, all categories will be included in your search.
  • If you tick [Include subcategories in search results], subcategories will be included in your search results.
Product
  • Search by specifying a product name, product code, customer product code, product tag, variant code, manufacturer, supplier, brand, or trend.
Search products
  • A pop-up will appear when you click [Search products], allowing you to browse through your products.
  • After selecting a type, select either “Product name,” “Customer product code,” “HS code,” “Product tag,” “Manufacturer,” “Supplier,” “Brand,” or “Trend.” Then either select a sub-option or input a search term, and click [Search] to search for the desired product.
  • If you click on a product name within the [Search products] pop-up window, another pop-up will open in which you can edit the relevant product. If you click the [Select] button next to a product within the [Search products] pop-up window, the relevant product will be added a search condition.
Product price
  • Input a price range as a search condition.
  • You must fill in both text boxes and you can only enter numbers.
  • When specifying a price range, the start price cannot exceed the end price.
Stores
  • You can decide whether to search for data relevant to your store’s PC version, mobile version, or both.
Shipping classification
  • You can decide whether to search for data relevant to domestic shipping, international shipping, or both.

Graph

  • This shows the results of your search in a graph.
  • The pie graphs represent the ratio of the TOP 10 most sold product categories by quantity and by sales amount.
  • The details are based on data collected one hour prior to your search on the hour.
Graphs
  • Check the rankings of the most sold products based on sales quantity and sales amount in accordance with your search conditions.
  • While your search results are shown as a pie graph, you can hover your mouse over the graph for more information on the sales quantity, the sales amount, and the relevant item’s ratio.
  1. Rankings
  • This shows the results of your search in a table.
  • You can view the results by variant or by product using the tabs. If you view the results by variant, you can also check the stock data.
  • The details are based on data collected one hour prior to your search.
Create CSV
  • Click on this button to either request a basic template or one that includes product categories.
  • You can download all created CSV files for 15 days after they have been created through the [Downloads] window. You can create as many CSV files as you wish within a day.
CSV list
  • This button will redirect you to a page containing the list of CSV files you can download.
Sort by X
  • Select whether you want to sort the products by sales quantity or sales amount.
No. of items per page
  • Select how many items you want to show per page in the table.
  • You can select whether to show 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 items per page.
