Banners/Pop-ups

  • You can create and manage banners or pop-ups for important notices and campaigns.
  • When the pop-up does not appear on your mobile store, check the theme guidelines to make necessary changes.
To check mobile banners and pop-ups from PC
  1. 1. Go to your store on PC. Press F12 on your keyboard to open Developer Tools, and click the mobile phone icon located to the left of the Elements tab to enable Device Mode.
  1. 2. Select a device model (Galaxy S5, iPhone6/7/8, etc.) from the drop-down list, and refresh the web page.

  1. • Developer Tools through F12 shortcut is available in Chrome.

Banners/Pop-ups list

  • You can create and manage banners or pop-ups for important notices and campaigns.
Banners/pop-ups list
  • The mobile store will automatically show the most recently added banner/pop-up that is set as [Active].
  • You need to change the status of the banners/pop-ups set as [Standby] to [Active] to display them on your online store. The status do not automatically change even after the display period begins.
  • You can add up to 6 banners or pop-ups to the same page but it is recommended to use only one pop-up/banner per page.
Add pop-up/banner
  • Check the ID of the pop-up/banner you wish to display.
  • Enter the source code in blue to the layout of the page on which you wish to add your banner/pop-up.

Title
  • Enter the title for the banner/pop-up.
Date range
  • You can set the period of display for the pop-ups.
  • The pop-ups in the [Standby/Expired] status will not be displayed on the storefront regardless of its date settings.
Display options
  • You can change the display status of pop-ups to [Pending], [Active] or [Expired].

Images
  • Coupon images in banners are only displayed on your online store’s home page.
Enable coupon alerts
  • When you enable coupon alerts, this image will be displayed to the customers who have this coupon.
  • When you have selected [Banner] for [Image display], the coupon image will be displayed only on the mobile store home page.
  • You need to select [Yes] in [Promotions>Coupons>Create coupons>Notify upon login] to display the image.
Image settings
  • When you add more than one image, you can select whether to display them as a slideshow or have them displayed side by side.
Display option Banner
  • You can decide whether to display the image as a banner or a pop-up.
  • If you decide to display the image as a banner, it will be shown at top of your home page and you will not be able to change its location
Pop-up window
  • The image you uploaded will be resized to create a margin on both sides to fit the mobile screen size.
Layered pop-up
  • The pop-up size will be the same as the mobile screen size.
  • The image is resized to fit the phone’s screen dimensions while maintaining its original ratio. The image is then displayed at the center of the layered pop-up.
Pop-up closing options
  • If you decide to display the image as a pop-up, these setting options will appear.
  • [Close] is the default option.
  • When you have selected [Full screen type], the UI will change according to the number of closing options you have chosen to use.
Pop-up display location
  • When you select to display the image as a pop-up, this setting options will appear.
  • You can enter the numbers to decide where to display the pop-up on the screen.
