Set up automated emails for different occasions and recipients.
Select recipients to send the relevant automated emails.
Settings
Different settings can be applied for different occasions.
Automated emails can be sent to three different groups including [Customer], [Admin], and [Supplier]. You can send emails only to the particular group you select.
Tick [Send] to send automated emails and untick the box to stop sending automated emails.
Notification on shipment (Partial shipment)
You must enable [Out for delivery (Partial shipment)] if you want to send automated emails for partial shipments.
Purchase order for suppliers
Emails will be sent to the Manager 1 of each supplier in [Products>Filtered search>By suppliers].
Payment password for guest accounts
Issue new passwords for guest accounts who have forgotten the password for their order and inform these guest accounts of the new password.
Go to [Orders>Fulfillment>All orders>Search order>Customer information] and click the envelope icon on the right side of [Password] to send a new password.
Individual emails
This feature is only activated if you sign up for the additional service called "Bulk email". (Paid service)
Create email templates in advance and use them to send out individual emails to your customers.
You can send an email by clicking on the envelope icon in [Customers>Manage customers>Customer information>Customer list>Email/Memo].
Verification code
Verification code is sent out when [Change immediately] is selected for [Find password].
To change the settings, go to [My Store>Store setup>General settings>Customers (Tab)].
Notification on new coupons
If [No] is selected for [Send email notification on new coupons] in [Promotions>Coupons>Create coupons], the notification will not be sent.
For [Customer-specific coupon], if [No] is selected for [Send email notification on new coupons] in [Promotions>Coupons>Create coupons], the notification will not be sent.
Email will not be sent for coupon codes.
Notification on special event coupon (Birthday)
Notification is sent when a birthday coupon is issued.
If [No] is selected for [Send email notification on new coupons] in [Promotions>Coupons>Create coupons], the notification will not be sent.
Notification on special event coupon (Wedding anniversary)
Notification is sent when a wedding anniversary coupon is issued.
If [No] is selected for [Send email notification on new coupons] in [Promotions>Coupons>Create coupons], the notification will not be sent.
Settings > Edit pop-up
When you click [Edit] for each template, a pop-up will appear for you to edit the theme.
Recipient groups only applicable to the relevant email template will be displayed as a tab in the editing pop-up.
For example, there will be [Customer] and [Admin] tabs for [New signup] but only [Supplier] tab for [Purchase order for suppliers].
Email content
If you enter variables into HTML source, they will be automatically replaced with text in emails.
Variables with an asterisk (*) cannot be used for email subjects.
Apply default theme
When clicked, the current theme will be replaced with the default theme.
See variables
When clicked, a table will appear for explaining variables used in the relevant email.
Settings > Preview pop-up
When you click [Preview] for each template, a pop-up will appear for you to preview the email.
Recipient groups only applicable to the relevant email template will be displayed as a tab in the editing pop-up.
Click each tab to see the details of the email that will be sent to the relevant recipients.
