Customer information

  • Search customer accounts with filters.
  • In addition to searching customer accounts by filters, you can add accounts to blocklist, delete accounts, export information as CSV, and/or change the customer level.

Search customer accounts

  • Search customer accounts by filters.
  • Search filters include [Personal information], [Customer level], [Age], [Gender], [Order total/Number of orders], [Order date/Payment date], etc.
Quick signup
  • Allows you to search for accounts signed up through quick signup section in order form for guests
Order total/Number of orders
  • The maximum date range for [Order total/Number of orders] is one year.
  • [Order total] and [Number of orders] are the total amount or number of orders regardless of their order status.
  • [Order total (excluding cancellations)] is the actual order amount paid after deducting any cancellations.
  • [Number of orders (excluding cancellations)] is the actual number of orders fulfilled after deducting cancellations.
First order
  • When you tick [First order], you can search customer accounts with their first order.

Customers

Show details
  • When you tick [Show details], you can check the details of [Points], [Credits], [Access], and others.
Add to blocklist
  • When you click [Add to blocklist], a pop-up for settings will appear.
Add to blocklist
  • [Blocklisted] icon will appear next to the ID of the customer who has been added to the blocklist.
Additional settings
  • When [Restrict checkout] is selected, the blocklisted customer will not be able place any orders. An alert message will appear when the customer tries to proceed to checkout through the product details page, wishlist page and shopping cart page.
  • When [Restrict login] is selected, the blocklisted customer will not be able to log in to your store. When the customer attempts to log in, an alert message will appear.
  • To edit the text that will be displayed to blocklisted customers, go to [My Store>Store setup>Notifications].

[Name], [ID], [Phone], or [Mobile] for [CRM]
  • When you click each value, [CRM] pop-up will appear.
Email/Memo
  • A colored memo icon indicates that a memo has been added for the customer. You can check the contents of the memo by hovering your mouse over the icon.
  • When you click the email icon, [Send email] pop-up will appear.
